On Wednesday, June 11th we will be hosting an all day summit titled “FYI AWESOME” – Find Your Inner Awesome – for all Grade 8 girls at Sunnyside. This summit will be facilitated by the Child and Youth Worker and other staff members from both Eastwood Collegiate Institute and Grand River Collegiate Institute. There will be a combination of presentations and group activities. Discussion based learning will focus on gaining self esteem, image, goal setting, wellness, technology, high school life and relationship building.
